The MSEM Management Track curriculum is project- and problem-based. Through the Immersion Program, the Johns Hopkins Hospital Project, and in multiple MSEM courses, students complete projects with our corporate partners.

MSEM Projects

Explore the hands-on, real-world projects at the core of the MSEM curriculum.

  • Johns Hopkins Hospital Project

Together, the Johns Hopkins Institute for Clinical and Translational Research and the Whiting School of Engineering established an Engineering Collaborative for Patient Safety, with the purpose of bringing together engineering talent with clinicians to analyze priority patient safety issues. Explore the Hospital Project.

  • The Immersion Program

During intersession, students complete a consulting project with one of our project partners. Traveling to their client’s location (some abroad, others in Baltimore) and working intensively in small teams, students find solutions to their client’s most pressing problems. Explore Immersion.

  • MSEM Course Projects

MSEM students complete a variety of projects with our industry partners as a part of our curriculum. Past partners include Dynata, Danfoss, and NATO. Explore past projects.
