Students must take the three required in-person courses:

625.603 – Statistical Methods and Data Analysis

625.615 – Introduction to Optimization

625.623 – Introduction to Operations Research: Probabilistic Models

Electives:

In addition, students must complete two (synchronous or asynchronous online) graduate-level electives from those listed under “Operations Research Courses” here: https://ep.jhu.edu/programs/applied-and-computational-mathematics/courses/ (excluding those listed as required courses above).*

*One non-ACM (non-625.xxx) course is allowed subject to advisor approval.  Any elective course outside of ACM must be an operations research course.

Students may be required to complete prerequisites before completing required coursework in the Operations Research Track.
